The Semi exists and has hauled for a few customers; it is not a Freightliner-volume product. Robotaxi as a nationwide unsupervised network is not here. Limited driverless / supervised services (Austin 2025 and after) are here. That is late and small, which is different from “PowerPoint.”
Optimus is the squishier one: walking humanoid demos, factory experiments, no general-purpose home robot you can order. Calling the entire stack vaporware requires ignoring the vehicles that already move. Calling it “solved AGI labor” requires ignoring that it is a demo.
